Registered nurses looking to advance into a managerial or leadership role will benefit from the courses in the Administration and Leadership Specialty Track. AHU Online takes an interdisciplinary approach to learning, incorporating students from other healthcare and business majors into several of the courses, producing real-world collaboration for the future of healthcare leadership. Advancing your knowledge of healthcare governance, finance, and human resources sets you on the path towards nursing manager, nursing supervisor, or chief nursing officer.

The courses in the Education Specialty Track prepare registered nurses to specialize as educators, either in a higher education or clinical setting. Gaining knowledge in learning theory, curriculum design, and assessment methods is foundational to craft a meaningful educational experience.
