AdventHealth University (AHU) has partnered with Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions to offer students the following tuition discounts and benefits:
- 10% tuition discount*
- Waived application fee
- Waived graduation fee
- Benefits applicable to employees and their spouse**
- Dedicated Student Accounts Manager
*Note: The tuition discount is effective for enrollment in future terms and will not be applied retroactively.
**Employee will need to submit proof of employment as described below so spouse can obtain benefits.

New Students - Steps to Obtain EdAssist Benefits
All students must first apply through their employer’s EdAssist portal and be approved for their program of choice. Once approved, the following steps will be taken to obtain EdAssist benefits:
- Student must APPLY to AdventHealth University.
- In the application process, enter the following coupon code to waive the application fee: EdAssistStudent (note: coupon code is non-transferable and is exclusively for EdAssist students).
- Upon Admission to AHU, the student will be identified as an EdAssist Student. The student must also submit proof of employment. This can be achieved using ONE of these methods:
- Send an email to the AHU Student Accounts Manager from your work email address, or
- Request an Employee Verification Letter from EdAssist and upload it HERE. You will need your AHU Student ID to access the form.
- During Registration, the student will select courses and choose the desired payment method. 50% of total tuition & fees are due at this time and will not yet reflect the EdAssist discounts.
- EdAssist discounts will be applied to the student’s account by the 3rd week of the trimester (the 10% tuition discount will apply across the entire trimester’s tuition, not just the remaining balance).
- Student will pay balance by the stated due date. Balance will be reflective of the EdAssist discounts. Reimbursement of tuition comes directly from Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions.
Current Students - Steps to Obtain EdAssist Benefits
In order to identify themselves as an EdAssist Student, current students must submit proof of employment. This can be achieved using ONE of these methods:
- Send an email to the AHU Student Accounts Manager from your work email address, or
- Request an Employee Verification Letter from EdAssist and upload it HERE. You will need your AHU Student ID to access the form.
Once completed, the following steps will be taken to obtain EdAssist benefits:
